Delete Your Account

You can request permanent deletion of your Banka Today News account and associated data at any time. We don’t require you to open the app to do this — just send us an email and we’ll take care of the rest.
How to request deletion
- Email us at support@webphiser.app from any email address, with the subject “Delete My Banka Today News Account”.
- Include the mobile number you registered with Banka Today News.
- We’ll verify the request and confirm back to you once your account has been deleted.
We aim to process deletion requests within 7 business days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, including your mobile number and display name;
- Your saved bookmarks and likes;
- Any OTP verification records tied to your account.
Guest sessions (browsing without signing in) don’t create an account, so there is nothing to delete.
What we may retain
Aggregated, non-identifying statistics (such as total article view or like counts) are not tied to your identity once your account is deleted and may be retained. We may also retain information where required to comply with legal obligations.
